We started Homefront Match in 2024 because we kept hearing the same story from women across the country. They were tired. Tired of catfish profiles, tired of casual culture, tired of swiping past men who could not even spell "commitment." They wanted a partner who showed up - a man with discipline, integrity, and the kind of steady character that decades of service tend to build. So we built the platform we wished had existed: hand-verified, deployment-friendly, refund-honest, and unapologetically patriotic.

"American Sweetheart Match" is more than a tagline - it is the editorial concept that shapes every page on this site. We took inspiration from classic American lifestyle magazines, the wartime love letters our grandparents kept in shoeboxes, and the homecoming videos that still make strangers cry on TikTok.
The aesthetic is warm and patriotic but never aggressive. The tone is honest, hopeful, and a little old-fashioned in the best way. Our color palette - classic navy, cream white, muted red, soft denim, warm sand - is meant to feel like a freshly washed cotton flag drying on a porch in late summer. Because at the end of the day, that is what we are building: a digital front porch where heroes come home and sweethearts are waiting.

How We Support the Veteran Community
We believe a platform built around military love has a responsibility to give back to the community it serves. A portion of every premium subscription is donated to veteran-focused nonprofits, including the Wounded Warrior Project and the USO. We publish our annual giving total openly each January.

The People Behind Homefront Match
Homefront Match is a small, fully American team. Our founders include a retired Army officer, the daughter of a Navy chief, and a longtime trust-and-safety engineer who built fraud-prevention tools at three major dating platforms before joining us. Our profile-review team is based in the United States and trained in romance-scam pattern recognition by guidance from the FTC and FBI IC3.
We deliberately stay small. We would rather review 500 profiles by hand than auto-approve 50,000 with a machine and call it a day. We answer support emails ourselves. We read the success stories before they go up. And we will tell you no when no is the right answer - including when a refund is owed.
